INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT

 

The R.M. has completed a comprehensive study of the infrastructure that exists in its two Industrial Development Districts which are adjacent to highways 316 and 16 near the Viterra Distribution terminal. This study details what services are available and the related costs for upgrading or improving the essential utilities that may be required for any size of industrial or commercial development.
